STONEPUR - UV 1K is a polyurethane binder used for stone bonding, containing aliphatic
isocyanate, offering high UV resistance. It is a single-component, solvent-free, and
transparent product.

STONEPUR - UV 1K is a polyurethane binder used for stone binding, featuring high UV resistance due to its aliphatic isocyanate content. It is single-component, solvent-free, and transparent in color.
It should be stored in its unopened original 20 kg tin container in a cool and dry environment, protected from frost. The ideal storage temperature is between +5°C and +25°C. When stored under suitable conditions, the shelf life is 12 months from the production date.
During mixing and application, contact of the material with skin and eyes should be avoided. In case of contact, wash thoroughly with plenty of water. If it comes into contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Protective gloves, clothing, mask, and goggles should be worn during use.
Application: The ideal temperature for the application of STONEPURUV 1K is between 15°C and 25°C. Depending on the grain size, 3 to 10 parts by weight of STONEPUR-UV 1K should be added to 100 parts of rounded quartz mineral and mixed for 3–5 minutes using a mixer operating at approximately 300 rpm. The mixture should be applied manually, and to achieve good surface strength, the surface must be rolled with a roller to compact it properly.
