First, the ‘Base Material’ is mixed thoroughly within its own can, then the entire contents of the hardener in the smaller can are added to the base material. The mixture is stirred until a homogeneous blend is achieved without trapping air. The mixing process should be done with an electric mixer. The mixed product has a working time of 30-45 minutes, depending on humidity and temperature. Application can be done using a brush, roller, paint sprayer, or airless machine. The applied surface should be protected from water for 18-24 hours. For applications with two coats, an 18-24 hour waiting period is required between coats.
