Safety Recommendations

During application and mixing, contact of the material with skin and eyes should be prevented. In case of contact, wash thoroughly with water. If the material comes into contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical assistance. During use, gloves, protective clothing, mask, and goggles should be worn.

Application Method

The surfaces to be applied should be free from oil, rust, dust, and other impurities. There should be no moisture on the surface, and no loose layer should remain. If the surface to be applied is metal, it should be sandblasted and primed with an appropriate primer; if it is wood, it should be cleaned with a sander or grinder, free from dust, and dried before being primed with an appropriate epoxy impregnation primer. If the surface to be applied is concrete, it should be roughened with shotblast, slim, or freeze methods. The prepared concrete surface should be primed with Solvent-Free Epoxy Impregnation Primer NANOPUR 450 following the application instructions. If there are cracks or holes in the surface, they should be repaired with epoxy paste. On the prepared and primed surface and/or on previously applied Terrazzo or other coatings, a protective matte varnish of Solvent-Based, UV Resistant Polyurethane topcoat NANOPUR 450 should be applied with a brush, roller, or airless sprayer.
