Areas Of Use

Industrial floor coatings are suitable for use in environments where elasticity is required, such as the electronics industry, schools, hospitals, pharmaceuticals, food sectors, warehouses, workshops, stores, and parking lots.

Packaging & Storage

Consumption: A thickness of 1 mm is achieved with a consumption of 1,800 – 2,000 kg/m² per layer. Packaging: 25 kg (A: 21.75 kg / B: 3.25 kg) Storage: Store in a dry, closed area away from direct sunlight, between 15°C and 25°C, and in unopened, original packaging for up to 6 months.

Safety Recommendations

Skin contact should be avoided. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention. Proper ventilation should be ensured, and the vapor should not be inhaled. Smoking should not be allowed during product use. Protective gloves, clothing, and goggles should be worn, and the product should be kept out of reach of children.

Application Method

Working Area Temperature: The temperature should be between 15°C and 30°C. MIXING METHOD: After mixing Component A in its original container, the entire amount of Component B should be added into Component A. The two components should be mixed for at least 3 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is formed. It is recommended to mix at low speed to prevent air bubbles from forming in the mixture. APPLICATION METHOD: The surfaces to be applied must be free from oil, rust, dust, and other impurities. The surface should be dry with no moisture, and there should be no loose layers remaining. Shiny surfaces should be roughened with shot-blasting, slim, or freeze techniques. The prepared concrete surface should be primed with NANOPOX PRIMER SF according to the application instructions. If there are any cracks or holes on the surface, they should be repaired using epoxy putty. On the prepared and primed surface, Solvent-Free Polyurethane Self Leveling NANOPUR 365 SELF should be applied with a notched trowel, following the application instructions. Air bubbles should be removed with a spiked roller. In open areas, to protect from sunlight, and in enclosed areas, to prevent scratching and dirt on the surface, the surface should be coated with Polyurethane Topcoat Semi-Matte Paint NP-PUR 850 at a consumption rate of 0.150 kg/m². IMPORTANT: Due to its excellent spreadability, the product is designed for horizontal surfaces. It is not suitable for use on vertical surfaces as it may drip or sag. Thinning: Do not thin with thinner. The ideal temperature for applying the surface is between 15°C and 30°C. The temperature should not fall below 10°C. Conditions: For both open and closed areas, the floor, ambient temperature, and humidity must be considered. The floor’s moisture content should be below 4%, and the ambient humidity should be below 65%. Post-Application: After application, the surface should not be touched or exposed to water for 24 hours. Preparation and Mixing: Appropriate amounts of mixtures should be prepared during work, and the mixture should be used up before continuing. The curing time for NANOPUR 365 SELF, applied at 20-25°C, is approximately 7 days at room temperature. Primed Surface: After applying the primer layer, ensure that the primed surface reaches touch hardness before proceeding with the NANOPUR 365 SELF application. Depending on the ambient temperature, the application should be done approximately 24 hours after the primer layer is applied.
