Surface-tolerant primer-paint (steel)
It is a high-build, two-component epoxy system. It is applied to metal surfaces where
sandblasting is not possible, but at least surface preparation can
be done. The loose rust layer on the surface must be removed, and the surface should be
roughened.
General Characteristics
If proper sanding is done, aluminum and galvanized surfaces will also
adhere very well. Without the need for a primer, a coating of equivalent
thickness to primer + intermediate coat + top coat can be achieved
with a single application of NANOPOX METAL PRIMER 2K. It provides
excellent resistance to chemicals and atmospheric corrosion. Due to its
characteristics, it can even be applied on lightly humid surfaces.

A single coat requires a consumption of 0.250–0.300 kg/m². Total Net: 20 kg (A: 16.00 kg / B: 4.00 kg).
Avoid contact of the mixture or components with the skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice. Protective gloves, clothing, and goggles should be worn, and the product should be kept out of reach of children.
The surfaces to be applied must be free from oil, rust, dust, and other impurities. There should be no moisture on the surface to be coated. The surface to be coated should be sandblasted or mechanically cleaned. The prepared surface is coated with Surface Tolerant PrimerPaint (Steel) NANOPOX METAL PRIMER 2K using a brush, roller, or airless spray gun.
