Transpur 725 2K

Polyurethane-based, two-component transparent topcoat waterproofing material. It is a two-component, polyurethane-based, highly elastic, UV-resistant, non-discoloring liquid topcoat protective coating material. It provides excellent adhesion to various surfaces. Due to the strong film layer it forms, it offers high mechanical and chemical durability. It is applied cold and cures by reacting with the moisture in the air. It has high resistance to tension, tearing, and abrasion.

General Characteristics
It is a cold-applied product that can be easily applied with a roller, trowel, brush, or airless gun. It maintains its continuous flexibility. It can be applied seamlessly. It is not affected by frost or standing water and maintains its physical properties at -30ºC/+90ºC. It is water vapor permeable and allows the surfaces to breathe. It has excellent adhesion properties. It provides effective resistance to chemicals. After curing, it does not contain toxic substances. It has high UV resistance and color stability.

Areas Of Use

It is used for the protection of the following surfaces for waterproofing purposes. As a polyurethane or polyurea waterproofing protective topcoat material, it should be applied to metal surfaces such as iron, steel, and aluminum with an appropriate primer, and to construction materials such as concrete, stone, wood, and marble with an appropriate primer.

Packaing & Storage

0.150 gr. - 0.200 gr/m² (in a single coat). Consumption may vary depending on the surface condition, environment, surface temperature, and application method. 5 kg bucket.

Application Method

It is applied in two coats using a fine trowel, airless spray machines, brush, or roller. The prepared material is applied to saturate the surface and close the pores. The second coat should be applied within 8 - 24 hours (at 23°C). The material reaches its specified properties (at 23°C, 55% RH) in 7 days.
