Component A 200 kg, Component B 220 kg Metal Drum Packaging Should be stored in its original packaging in a dry environment, protected from freezing, and between +5°C and +30°C. If the proper storage conditions are met, it can be stored for up to 6 months from the production date.
During application and mixing, contact with skin and eyes should be avoided. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Protective gloves, clothing, mask, and goggles should be worn during use.
The polyamine component should be mixed homogeneously with the B isocyanate prepolymer and applied using spray equipment capable of working at high pressure and temperature. The surfaces to be applied should be free from residues such as dust, dirt, and oil that could prevent adhesion of the material. Areas exposed to external weather conditions should be painted with NP-PUR 850 aliphatic paint.
