Hybrid MS polymer-based UV-resistant waterproofing product.
A liquid and cold-applied, single-component hybrid MS polymer-based waterproofing
material with 500% elasticity. Once fully cured, it forms a UV-resistant, waterproof
surface with the ability to seal cracks up to 5 mm.
General Characteristics
It can also be applied on damp and wet surfaces. UV resistant. Selfspreading and easy to
apply. Can be painted over without a primer. Can
be applied with a brush, roller, or spray. It allows vapor permeability,
ensuring the surface breathes. Environmentally friendly; does not
contain bitumen, isocyanates, or solvents. Can be applied to surfaces
such as metal, sheet, and trapezoidal.

Concrete floor slabs and roofs. Balconies, terraces, and verandas, Horizontal moving joints. Flexible roofs and coatings. Repairs of synthetic membranes. Waterproofing of areas such as bathroom, kitchen, and balcony floors (below the flooring Waterproofing on horizontal and vertical concrete surfaces, Waterproofing of precast concrete insulation, Waterproofing of panel roof joints and skylights. Used for waterproofing of roof hidden gutters.
The coating capacity per millimeter is 1.3 – 1.5 kg/m² (without fabric). Using fabric will double the coating capacity. In the recommended 2mm application, the coating capacity is 2.6 – 3.0 kg/m² (without fabric). 14 kg plastic bucket.
It should be applied evenly to the surface in one or two coats with the help of a roller or brush. It can be spread in strips or directly poured onto the surface, then spread evenly using a short-bristled roller (the type used for epoxy and polyurethane paints). The second coat should be applied only after the first coat has completely dried. It is strongly recommended that the second coat be applied the following day. For large areas and professional applications, it can be sprayed with an airless pump, thus providing significant labor savings. It can also be applied with a flat trowel for horizontal surfaces. In particular, for areas prone to cracking, wall-floor connections, 90° angles, chimneys, pipes, faucets (siphons), and other problematic areas, it is recommended to apply geotextile fabric over the first wet layer. After the first layer is fully dry, the second layer is applied over the fabric. If needed for clarification, it can be fully covered with quartz sand of medium or high thickness, ranging from 0.1 - 0.45mm or 0.4 - 0.8mm. The consumption rate is 2 - 4 kg/m². The coating should be applied to the surface while it is still wet after the second coat or preferably as a third layer. The layer with the quartz sand application should be considered as an additional layer. Once the surface has fully dried and the quartz surface has fully absorbed it, any remaining excess quartz on the surface can be removed with an industrial vacuum cleaner and reused.
