Moisture and humidity-resistant plaster against mold.
It is a special plaster that provides water insulation and a smooth appearance against
paint peeling, salt efflorescence, and mold on walls with
moisture, dampness, and condensation.
General Characteristics
It does not absorb water into its structure, so even if the wall becomes
damp, no surface formation occurs. It is water-repellent. Due to its
structure, it has thermal insulation properties, preventing condensation
caused by thermal differences and preventing mold growth. It traps salts
within its structure, preventing paint peeling. Thanks to its water vapor
permeability and breathability, it enables rapid drying of damp walls. It
can also be applied after negative/positive waterproofing materials to
prevent condensation.

It is suitable for use in all types of condensation-prone, damp, and humid environments such as kitchens, dining halls, food production facilities, bathrooms, hammams, and spa centers. It is also ideal for damp basements, shelters, and walls in contact with the ground.
During application, work clothing, protective gloves, goggles, and a mask should be worn in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Due to the irritating effects of uncured materials, the components should not come into contact with the skin or eyes. In case of contact, immediately wash with plenty of water and soap, and seek medical attention if swallowed. The application areas should be ventilated, and food and beverages should not be brought into these areas. The product should be stored in places out of reach of children.
Surfaces that have experienced blistering, salting, or mold growth should be scraped and cleaned using mechanical methods and brushed. The CRS SYSTEM 2K crystalized insulation material should be applied to the existing surface and, depending on weather conditions, should be left for 4-6 hours. Any salt efflorescence that occurs should be brushed off again. The product should be mixed with enough water to achieve a fluid consistency and applied in the first stage to the surface with a consumption rate of 3.0 kg/m². Afterward, the plastering process can proceed after a 24-hour waiting period. NANO WET PLASTER Plaster Mortar should be poured slowly onto approximately 4.0 liters of clean water and mixed until a homogeneous mixture is achieved without any lumps. The mixture should be done using a low-speed mixer. No additives other than those mentioned in the application instructions should be added. The mortar should be applied using a trowel and spatula, following known plastering methods. After a certain period of drying, the surface should be lightly rubbed in circular motions with a damp sponge. The application should be done in a single layer, ensuring a minimum thickness of 1.5 cm. For areas with intense capillary moisture movement, technical support should be sought. Application should not be done in excessively hot, windy conditions, or during frost unless necessary precautions are taken. Application should be carried out between +5°C and +30°C, and if temperatures are expected to drop below +5°C within 24 hours after the application, the application should not be performed. Only the amount of mortar needed for immediate use should be prepared, and no water should be added after the mortar begins to set. During the 72 hours following the application, the applied surface should be intermittently moisturized.
