Polyurethane-based, two-component joint filler mastics.
It is a two-component, tar-modified filler mastic based on polyurethane. Self-leveling,
suitable for heavy traffic, and resistant to surface movements. It
is not affected by seawater, jet fuels, hydraulic materials, and oils.
General Characteristics
It is suitable for outdoor applications. It has the ability to create a
smooth surface. It maintains its physical properties at 30ºC / +90ºC.
It has excellent adhesion properties. It has the ability to self-level. It is
resistant to jet fuels, water, seawater, dilute alkalies, cement slurry, and
water-based detergents.

It is used on surfaces such as tiles, ceramics, marble, granite, natural stone, porcelain, travertine, pressed bricks, aluminum, galvanized sheet metal, wood, balconies, terraces, bathrooms, kitchens, and stone-clad exterior facades.
Consumptions may vary depending on surface roughness, ambient and surface temperature, and the application method. 8+4 kg set
Packages that have been stored at room temperature for 24 hours should be opened and mixed until a homogeneous consistency is achieved. Mixing must be done using a low-speed mixer with a suitable mixing paddle. The applied material should be protected from water, rain, external factors, and mechanical stress until it cures. Polyethylene backer rods should be used to prevent Torpur JS 015 from adhering to the bottom of the joint and to control material consumption. The size of the polyethylene backer rod should be 20%–25% larger than the joint width. The joint width and depth should not be less than 5 mm.
