Single - component crystalline waterproofing mortar that is cement - based, resitstant
to negative and positive water pressure, and can be
transferred to the capillary spaces of cement - based surfaces.
Cement-based, single-component, crystalline waterproofing mortar suitable for negative
and positive use, which provides waterproofing by processing
into concrete
General Characteristics
It provides waterproofing by being applied to concrete surfaces from
either the negative or positive side. It protects the concrete and
reinforcement from the corrosive effects of water. The mixture, prepared
by adding only water, reacts with the free lime particles in the concrete
surfaces it is applied to, forming crystals that penetrate the concrete
structure and provide waterproofing. When applied to fresh concrete
surfaces, it slows down the hydration process and reduces shrinkage
crack formation. It is suitable for use in potable water applications. It is
resistant to up to 5 bar of water pressure against concrete.

It is used for waterproofing in both interior and exterior applications, on horizontal and vertical surfaces, on foundation and basement walls, in the negative and positive waterproofing of structurally sound old and new concrete surfaces, in waterproofing of structures above and below ground, in water tanks, elevator shafts, and swimming pools.
Packaging: A: 25 kg Kraft It should be stored in a clean, dry, and moisture-free environment, between +5°C and +80°C, away from direct sunlight. It must be protected from water, freezing, and extreme weather conditions. It should be stacked no more than 10 layers high. If the specified storage conditions are followed, the storage life is a maximum of 12 months from the production date.
During application and mixing, contact with skin and eyes should be avoided. In case of contact, wash thoroughly with water. If the material comes into contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention. During use, gloves, protective clothing, masks, and goggles should be worn.
The surface must be clean, dry, smooth, and fully saturated with water. It should be free from residues like oil, dirt, or paint that could prevent adhesion. Cracks and holes on the surface should be repaired at least 24 hours before application using NANOREP FT 70 structural repair mortar. For sharp corners and junctions of structural elements, PAH BANDI should be applied with NANOREP FT 70 structural repair mortar, and if there are any holes allowing water penetration, JET PLUG shock stopper should be applied. The application surface must be saturated with water, and it should remain moist during the application. The surface should be fully saturated with water 24 hours before application and again 2 hours before, ensuring no water pooling on the surface. For all other application surfaces, consult with us. Mixing: Slowly add 25 kg of NP SUPER 125 powder to 6.4 - 7.0 liters of water and mix with a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. No additives other than those specified in the application instructions should be added. Let the prepared mortar mature for 1-2 minutes. As the mortar sets in the container within 20 minutes, it is crucial to prepare the material within the specified time. Re-mix before applying. The prepared mortar should be applied to the surface with a brush or appropriate spraying equipment in at least two layers. The layers should be homogeneous and smooth, with application made in the same direction for each layer. After the first layer has dried, the second layer should be applied in a direction perpendicular to the first. Allow at least 6 hours of drying time between layers. After application, the surface should be protected from rain and frost for 24-48 hours. Once dried, the surface should be wetted three times a day for 5 days to complete the curing process.
