Single-Component, Fast Setting Shock Plug.
Single-component, fast setting, ready-to-use clogging mortar with high adherence, used
for repair and installation purposes in the insulation of active
water leaks
General Characteristics
• Gains strength very quickly. It is easy to apply.
• Has high resistance to pressure.
• Expands in the opposite direction of water flow, setting quickly and
stopping the water flow.
• Insulation materials can be applied on it 15 minutes after application.

• Used in both indoor and outdoor applications, for horizontal and vertical surfaces. • Used for filling formwork tie-rod gaps. • Used to block active water leaks before insulation. • Used to stop water leaks in basements, foundations, retaining walls, water tanks, elevator shafts, swimming pools, and concrete pipes.
Packaging: 5 kg, 10 kg PP Storage: Should be stored in a clean, dry, and moisture-free environment between +5°C and +35°C, protected from direct sunlight. It should be protected from water, freezing, and harsh weather conditions.
During application and mixing, contact with skin and eyes should be prevented. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical assistance. During use, gloves, protective clothing, mask, and goggles should be worn.
The surface should be free from residues such as oil, dirt, and mud that could prevent adhesion. Cracks, voids, or leakage points with active water flow should be opened to a solid substrate. Before application, ensure the surfaces are clean and slightly damp. Cracks and holes with water leakage should be gouged to a width and depth of 2 cm or until reaching solid ground. The JET PLUG material, in powder form, should be mixed with water to form a conical shape by hand, and then pressed into the leakage area with a single motion, keeping your hand steady for at least 1 minute to stop the leak. Do not add aggregates or foreign substances to the material. Mortar Application: Mix the powdered JET PLUG (1 kg powder / 0.2- 0.3 liters of water) with the specified amount of water in a clean container that is large enough for the area to be filled. Mix thoroughly with a spatula or by hand until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. During this process, rubber gloves must be worn. The application should be done from the outside inwards. As soon as the mixture begins to set, shape it by hand and press it firmly into the open hole in a single motion. Hold it in place until it hardens. Since JET PLUG sets quickly, the process should be completed within 1 minute. Do not add water to hardened or set mortar. Deep holes can be filled in multiple layers.
