Nanopox In-125

Nanopox In-125

Two-component low-viscosity epoxy-based injection resin. It is a two-component, epoxy-based, non-filling, low-viscosity resin with high mechanical strength. Due to its excellent diffusion properties, it fills cracks and fractures in structural elements where it is injected.

General Characteristics
Thanks to its low viscosity, it provides excellent diffusion into structures. Without losing volume, it fills the cracks it is injected into and ensures adhesion. It can be injected into damp concrete.

Areas Of Use

It is used to strengthen structures by filling static cracks in damaged concrete, columns, beams, walls, and similar structural elements, as well as in reinforced concrete, stone, and solid brick constructions.

Packaging & Storage

The product has a shelf life of 1 year from the production date when stored in its original packaging in ventilated, dry, and protected environments, between +5°C and +25°C, shielded from sunlight, rain, and freezing conditions.

Safety Recommendations

During application and mixing, contact with skin and eyes should be avoided. In case of contact, wash thoroughly with water. If the material comes into contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Protective gloves, clothing, a mask, and goggles should be worn during use.

Application Method

Surface Preparation: Cracks that have reached the surface should be widened to approximately 5-10 mm in width and 10-12 mm in depth, creating an inverted cone shape along the crack. Dust, dirt, and other debris should be removed using compressed air. Application: Packers are inserted into the drilled holes, allowing the NANOPOX IN 125 epoxy resin to be injected into the cracks in the concrete, ensuring thorough filling. The packers are placed into the drilled holes, and the NANOPOX IN 125 resin is injected through the nozzles using an injection pump. The injection process should be performed with specialized pumps (either single-head or dual-head). For quick application, a single-head pump should be used; otherwise, a dual-head pump should be employed. The working pressure should not exceed 5 bar. Typically, once injection begins from one packer, the process should continue until the resin reaches the nearest packer(s). The NANOPOX IN 125 epoxy resin advances due to its own capillary pressure, rather than being forced through increased pump pressure in capillary channels.
