Nano DHK Injec

Natural hydraulic lime-based injection mortar It is an injection mortar developed for historical buildings, containing pozzolanic lime and micronized carbonates.

General Characteristics
It has high adhesion strength, strong binding properties, and is easy and comfortable to apply. When mixed with water, it undergoes a hydraulic reaction, gaining hardening and setting properties. It does not contain any additional additives and is free of cement. It has high water vapor permeability and is breathable. It does not contain asbestos and is environmentally friendly. It is compatible with the structure and the chemicals to be applied later. Suitable for sulfate environments. Its flexible, super-fluid structure makes it suitable for filling voids. Controlled expansion prevents later shrinkage.

Application Method

MIXING METHOD: Add NANO DHK - INJEC to the appropriate amount of water while the mixer is running at low speed. Slowly increase the mixer speed to approximately 500 RPM. Mix until the mortar becomes homogeneous and free of lumps, then let it rest for 2-3 minutes. It should be mixed again before application. APPLICATION METHOD: The crack, gap, surface, or other areas to be applied must be clean, dust-free, and sound. Loose and readyto-fall areas should be cleaned. The cleaning process should be done using historic building cleaning plaster. Before application, the material should be mixed again until it reaches a homogeneous consistency, then application should begin. For the crack, holes should be drilled at intervals at a 45° angle, reaching the end of the crack’s depth, depending on the crack’s width and depth. These holes should be cleaned of all dust and debris by holding air inside. Plastic packers should be nailed and fixed into the drilled holes, then the injection mortar should be injected. For cracks between 1-5mm wide, holes should be drilled every 20-25 cm. For cracks larger than 5mm, holes can be drilled every 60-100 cm. After application, all equipment should be cleaned, and the product should be washed with water before it hardens.
