Epoxy repair, anchoring, installation and adhesive mortar.
Two-component, solvent-free, non-shrinking and non-slumping thixotropic epoxy mortar for
repair, anchoring, coating, installation, and bonding applications
General Characteristics
Does not sag due to its thixotropic / trowelable consistency. Strong
adhesion to concrete, metal, wood, and stone surfaces. Non-shrink.
Does not settle or form sediment. Can be applied on dry or slightly damp
surfaces. Impermeable to mineral oils, petroleum, and acids. Highly
resistant to seawater, diesel, gasoline, and cleaning agents. Resistant
to vibration. Impermeable to water and gas. High abrasion resistance.
Suitable for reinforcement and anchorage applications. Pedestrian
traffic allowed after 24 hours, heavy traffic after 7 days.

Mounting and bonding of all types of steel and concrete elements. Fixing injection anchors. Crack filling. Rebar anchoring. Bonding of expansion joint tapes. Bonding old concrete to new concrete
5 kg set (3.75 kg (A) + 1.25 kg (B)) When stored in its original packaging in a well-ventilated, dry, and protected environment at +5°C to +25°C, away from sunlight, rain, and frost, the shelf life is 1 year from the date of manufacture.
During mixing and application, contact of the material with skin and eyes should be avoided. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. If eye contact occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Gloves, protective clothing, mask, and goggles must be worn during use.
The surface to be treated must be cleaned and freed from foreign substances such as oil, rust, and paint. Depending on the condition of the concrete surface, it may need to be roughened. If the reinforcement in the concrete is rusty, it should be cleaned, and new reinforcement should be added if necessary. The concrete must be at least 28 days old, and the surface must be dry. On steel surfaces, sandblasting should be performed until bright metal is visible, or the surface should be cleaned with a brush. Mixing: Component B should be added to Component A and mixed for 3–4 minutes with a low-speed mixer. Only the required amount of material should be mixed, considering the pot life. At higher temperatures, the pot life decreases. Application: Immediately after mixing, the product should be applied to the surface using a spatula or trowel. The application thickness per layer should be between 2–30 mm. For bonding applications: If the product is used between two materials, it must be applied to both surfaces. After applying the desired thickness, the bonded parts must be held in place under pressure until polymerization is complete.
