It is an epoxy-based, three-component, paste-consistency repair and mounting mortar.
It is an epoxy-based, three-component repair and mounting mortar with high mechanical
strength and non-shrink properties.
General Characteristics
Solvent free.
Allows easy application without primer.
Due to its chemical structure, it has high tensile, flexural, and
compressive strength.
Shrinkage is prevented, does not contract.

• Used in the maintenance and repair of marine structures such as ports, breakwaters, piers, etc., and underground structures. • Used for filling the gap between reinforced concrete columns and steel jacketing. • Provides excellent results in the repair of wide cracks in reinforced concrete slabs. • Used for repair purposes before epoxy and polyurethane-based floor coating applications. • Used in the repair of reinforced concrete structural system components. • Used for fixing machine bases.
25 kg set Component A: 2.000 kg tin can Component B: 1.125 kg tin can Component C: 21.875 kg stitched bag It should be stored in its original packaging in a dry environment between +5°C and +30°C, protected from frost. When stored under proper conditions, it can be kept for 18 months from the production date.
During application and mixing, contact of the material with skin and eyes should be avoided. In case of contact, wash thoroughly with plenty of water. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Gloves, protective clothing / mask / goggles should be used during application.
Surface Preparation: The surface to be applied must be cleaned, roughened if necessary, and freed from foreign materials such as oil, rust, paint, and dust. The concrete to be applied must be at least 28 days old, and the surface must be dry. Steel surfaces must be sandblasted or wire brushed until bright metal is visible. Rust on reinforcement must be removed, and new reinforcement added if necessary. Mixing: Component B is added into Component A and mixed with a low-speed mixer for 1–2 minutes. Then, Component C (dry powder) is added and mixed for about 3–4 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, ensuring no air bubbles are formed. Application: POX MORTAR - 525 should be applied immediately after mixing by pouring it into molds or onto the surface. (4–50 mm)
