NP POX 345-A

A fast-curing, solvent-free, two-component epoxy acrylate-based chemical anchoring material designed for use in structural repairs.

General Characteristics
Cures very quickly and gains mechanical strength rapidly. Easy to apply, saves time. Has a paste consistency, does not sag; can be easily used in overhead applications. Protects reinforcements against corrosion. Highly resistant to chemical substances. Can be easily applied even on damp surfaces.

Areas Of Use

Used for anchoring and repairs of rebars and connection rods to concrete, hollow or solid bricks, and similar materials. Used in metal rebar planting, anchoring of prefabricated elements, fixing of injection packers and apparatus, anchoring of bolts and pins, installation of pipes and systems for central heating, ventilation, etc. It is also used for bonding all kinds of construction materials.

Packaging & Storage

345 ml Cartridge Should be stored in a dry environment at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C, protected from frost, in its original packaging. If proper storage conditions are maintained, it can be stored for 12 months from the production date.

Safety Recommendations

During application and mixing, contact of the material with skin and eyes should be avoided. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Protective gloves, clothing, mask, and goggles should be worn during use.

Application Method

Surface Preparation: The application surface should be cleaned using methods such as compressed air to ensure maximum adhesion strength. The ambient temperature and the application area should be between +5°C and +35°C. Application Instructions: Open the cartridge by twisting the cap and remove it. Attach the static mixer nozzle and place the cartridge into the gun to begin application. If there is a pause in application, after releasing the pressure from the gun, the static mixer nozzle can remain on the cartridge. If the resin has hardened in the static mixer, a new nozzle should be attached before resuming work. When storing an opened cartridge, remove the static mixer by twisting it off, clean the cartridge nozzle with a clean, dry cloth, and close the cap. Application Method/ Equipment: Drill the hole with a hammer drill to the required diameter and depth. The hole size and depth should match the dimensions of the anchoring element to be used. Clean the hole starting from the bottom using a round wire brush and compressed air. There should be no dust, dirt, oil, or other foreign substances left in the hole. Press the trigger until the two separate components inside the cartridge exit the static mixer in a mixed form. Starting from the bottom of the hole, slowly pull the cartridge while pushing the resin inside. Ensure there are no air gaps inside. For deeper holes, an extension nozzle can be used. Insert the anchoring element by rotating it. After a small amount of resin has exited, the anchoring element should be placed into the hole during the resin’s gelation period. During the curing process, the anchoring element should not be moved or loaded.
