Ep Pox 345 Jet

It is a two-component, solvent-free, fast-setting chemical anchor material, designed for use in structural repairs, based on epoxy acrylate. It is a two-component, solvent-free, fast-setting chemical anchor material based on epoxy-acrylate, designed for use in structural repairs.

General Characteristics
It cures very quickly and gains its mechanical strength rapidly. It is easy to apply and saves time. The consistency is like paste, it does not sag; it can be easily used for overhead applications. It protects reinforcements from corrosion. It has high resistance to chemicals. It can be easily applied even on damp surfaces

It is used for anchoring and repair of reinforcements and connection rods; anchoring in concrete, hollow or solid brick, etc. It is used in the installation of metal rebar, prefabricated element anchoring, fixing injection packers and accessories, anchoring bolts and pins, as well as in the installation of central heating, ventilation, and other piping and systems. It is also used for bonding all kinds of construction materials.

Packaging & Storage

345 ml Cartridge It should be stored in its original packaging in a dry environment, protected from frost, and at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C. Under proper storage conditions, it can be kept for up to 12 months from the production date.

Safety Recommendations

During application and mixing, contact with skin and eyes should be avoided. In case of contact, wash thoroughly with water. If the material comes into contact with the eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek medical assistance. Protective gloves, clothing, mask, and goggles should be worn during use.

Application Method

Surface Preparation: The application surface must be cleaned using methods such as compressed air to ensure maximum adhesion strength. The ambient and application temperature must be between +5°C and +35°C. Application Instructions: Turn the cap to open and remove it. Attach the static mixer nozzle. Place the cartridge into the applicator gun and begin applying. If there is a break in application, after releasing the pressure in the gun, the static mixer nozzle can be left on the cartridge. If the resin has hardened in the static mixer, a new nozzle must be installed before starting work. When storing an opened cartridge, remove the static mixer by twisting it, clean the cartridge nozzle with a clean, dry cloth, and close the cap. Application Method/ Equipment: Drill the required hole size and depth using a hammer drill. The hole diameter and depth should be suitable for the size of the anchoring element. Clean the drilled hole starting from the bottom using a round wire brush and compressed air. The hole should be free from dust, dirt, oil, and other contaminants. Press the trigger until both components of the cartridge mix and emerge from the static mixer nozzle. Begin injecting the resin from the bottom of the hole, slowly pulling the cartridge outward while ensuring no air pockets remain. For deep holes, an extension nozzle can be used. Insert the anchoring element by rotating it. After a small amount of resin flows out, insert the anchoring element into the hole during the gelation period of the resin. During the curing process, the anchoring element should not be moved or loaded.
