Nanorep FT 70

R4 Class Structural Repair Mortar It is a cement-based, high-strength, non-shrinking, trowel-consistency (thixotropic) structural repair mortar. Complies with TS EN 1504-3:2008 standard and falls under R4 class.

General Characteristics
It is reinforced with fiber and polymer. Due to its low water/cement ratio (0.40), it is impermeable to water. Provides high adhesion to reinforced concrete components. It is resistant to freeze-thaw effects. Shrinkage is prevented; it does not shrink.

Packaging & Storage

25 kg polyethylene-reinforced kraft bag It should be stored in a dry environment between +5°C and +30°C, protected from frost, and in its original packaging. A maximum of 3 pallets can be stacked; for long-term storage, pallets should not be stacked. If proper storage conditions are maintained, it can be stored for 12 months from the production date.

Safety Recommendations

During application and mixing, contact with skin and eyes should be avoided. In case of contact, wash thoroughly with plenty of water. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical assistance. Gloves, protective clothing/mask/goggles should be worn during use.

Application Method

Surface Preparation: Before the application of NANOREP FT-70, the surface must be cleaned of dust, oil, paint, curing compounds, and any other materials that may prevent penetration. Damaged areas on the surface must be repaired. The surface should be roughened to ensure proper adhesion. Any water leaking from the structure onto the surface must be completely stopped. Otherwise, the leaking water will dissolve the applied material before it sets. The temperature of the application surface should not be high. Surfaces should be saturated with water beforehand, and during application, the surface must be free of standing water. Mixing: NANOREP FT-70 is mixed by adding it to water. The water ratio should be 17% of the powder product’s weight (do not use water with a pH value lower than 5.5). First, pour 5–6 liters of water into a bucket. Then, gradually add the 25 kg of powder while mixing, and continue mixing for 4–5 minutes without interruption. Let it rest for 2–3 minutes, then mix again for 30 seconds before starting the application. Application: NANOREP FT-70 is applied to a damp concrete surface using a trowel. Wait for the mortar to lose its surface moisture, then sprinkle a small amount of water and finish the surface with a steel or wooden trowel. The thickness of each application should be between 5–30 mm.
