Cement-based, fluid, high-strength R4 Class grout mortar.
It is a cement-based, high-strength, non-shrinking, self-leveling, non-shrinkage R4
Class grout mortar
General Characteristics
The material has high compressive strength. It is fluid and does not emit
water. Atmospheric conditions do not affect its physical properties during
its performance period. Due to its chemical composition, it provides
high adhesion to concrete and reinforcement. With a low water/cement
ratio, it is impermeable to water. It is resistant to freeze-thaw cycles.
Shrinkage is prevented, and it does not shrink. It can be applied in a
single layer from 10mm to 110mm thickness.

It is used in reinforced concrete strengthening and steel construction applications, in power plants to fix turbines, generators, compressors, pumps, and industrial machinery. It is used in placing steel bridge pier foundations. In space roof, truss roof systems, it is used to fill the gaps between column ends, roof supports, and steel plates. It is also used in the joint areas of prefabricated concrete elements.
25 kg polythene reinforced kraft bag It should be stored in its original packaging in a dry environment, protected from freezing, and between +5°C and +30°C. A maximum of 3 pallets can be stacked on top of each other, but for long-term storage, pallets should not be stacked. If proper storage conditions are maintained, it can be stored for up to 12 months from the production date.
During application and mixing, the material should be prevented from coming into contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, wash immediately with plenty of water. If the material comes into contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical assistance. During use, gloves, protective clothing, mask, and goggles should be worn.
Preparation: The required amount of water is added to a container (4.0 liters of water for 25 kg of powder product). GROSELF - RS 1025 is added to the water and mixed quickly and continuously until a homogeneous, lump-free mortar is obtained. After mixing, let the material rest for 3-4 minutes, then stir for an additional half minute to make it ready for use. Application: No other machines should be operated near the area where the mortar is being applied until it hardens. The mortar should be poured continuously from one side. It should never be poured from both opposite sides simultaneously. The mortar must be properly filled. After application, if the exposed edges need to be trimmed, it should only be done once the mortar has hardened.
