Cement-based, single component, high-strength grout mortar. (R3)
Cement-based, high-strength, non-shrinking, self-compacting R3 Class grout mortar.
General Characteristics
Compressive strength is high. It does not discharge water, it has
fluid properties. Atmospheric conditions do not change their physical
properties during the performance period. Provides high adherence
to concrete and reinforcement due to its chemical structure. Since
the water/cement ratio is low, it is watertight. Resistant to freeze-thaw
effects. Shrinkage is blocked, it does not shrink.

• In the basic assembly of the machine legs, • In the column curtain heads, • In filling the gaps in the concrete, • In the installation of prefabricated structures, • For fixing the columns to the foundation in steel structures.
25 kg Craft Bag Should be stored in its original packaging between +5°C and +30°C, in a dry environment and protected from frost. Up to 3 pallets can be stacked on top of each other, however, pallets should not be stacked on top of each other in long-term storage. If appropriate storage conditions are met, it can be stored for 12 months from the date of production.
During application and mixing, contact with skin and eyes should be avoided. In case of contact, wash immediately with plenty of water. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical assistance. Gloves, protective clothing, mask, and goggles should be worn during use.
Preparation: The required amount of water is added to a container (4.0 liters of water for 25 kg of powder). GROSELF - RS 1015 is added to the water and mixed rapidly and continuously until a homogeneous, lumpfree paste is achieved. After mixing, the material is allowed to rest for 3-4 minutes, then mixed again for about half a minute to make it ready for use. Application: No other machinery should be operated near the area where the mortar is being applied until it hardens. The mortar should be poured continuously from one side. It should never be poured from both sides. The mortar must be properly filled. After application, if the exposed edges need to be broken, this should be done once the mortar has hardened.
