It is a non-shrinking, cement-based R4 class, rapid-setting grout mortar used for
filling gaps of 10-45 mm in a single application, with a
high-strength fluid consistency.
It is a cement-based, high-strength, non-shrinking, self-leveling grout mortar.
General Characteristics
It has high compressive strength. It does not exude water and has a
fluid characteristic. Atmospheric conditions do not alter its physical
properties during the performance period. Due to its chemical
composition, it provides high adhesion to concrete and reinforcement. It
is impermeable to water due to the low water/cement ratio. It is resistant
to freeze-thaw effects. Shrinkage is prevented, and it does not shrink.

It is used in reinforced concrete strengthening and steel construction applications, in power plants for securing turbines, generators, compressors, pumps, and industrial machines. It is used for placing steel bridge supports on foundation bases. It is used to fill gaps between space roofs, truss roof systems, column ends, roof feet, and steel plates. It is used in prefabricated concrete elements, in joint connection points. It is used for raising manhole covers and filling edge gaps. It is also used in road repairs where active traffic is heavy.
It should be stored in its original packaging in a dry environment, protected from freezing, between +5°C and +30°C. A maximum of 3 pallets can be stacked on top of each other, but pallets should not be stacked on top of each other for long-term storage. If proper storage conditions are maintained, it can be stored for 12 months from the production date.
During application and mixing, the material should be prevented from coming into contact with the skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If the material comes into contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Gloves, protective clothing, a mask, and goggles should be worn during use.
Preparation: Add the required amount of water to a container (4.0 liters of water for 25 kg of powder). Gradually and continuously mix GFAST 725 until a homogeneous and lump-free mortar is obtained. After mixing, let the material rest for 3-4 minutes and then mix for another 30 seconds before it is ready for use. Application: No other machinery should be operated near the area where the mortar is being applied until it has hardened. The mortar should be poured from one side only, continuously. It should not be poured from opposite sides. The mortar should be thoroughly filled. If the exposed edges need to be broken, this should only be done after the mortar has hardened.
