NS Latex

It is an acrylic dispersion-based primer that enhances adhesion and provides water impermeability for screeds, plasters, and concrete additives. It is an adhesion-enhancing primer and water impermeability agent for screeds, plasters, and concrete additives.

General Characteristics
• Creates a strong and lasting bond. • Reduces surface absorbency when applied to absorbent surfaces. • Provides excellent adherence and elasticity. • Provides high resistance to oil and salt solutions. • Dries without cracks and is resistant to abrasion. • Does not cause corrosion and saponification. • Increases chlorine impermeability. Provides water impermeability

In case of contact with eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Gloves, protective clothing / masks / goggles should be used during use.

Application Method

In plaster mortars: 1m³ of washed river sand is mixed with 350 kg of cement. A mixture of 120 kg of water and 5 kg of NS LATEX is added to the dry mix. It is applied with a trowel. In screed application: 1m³ of washed river sand is mixed with 350 kg of cement. A mixture of 110 kg of water and 4 kg of NS LATEX is added to the dry mix. The mixture is applied over the primer layer. In topping mortars: 1m³ of aggregate is mixed with 250 kg of cement and 3 kg of NS LATEX, then water is added until a paste-like consistency is achieved. The mortar with additives is applied to the floor covering materials and left to dry. In spreading mortars: 1m³ of washed river sand is mixed with 350 kg of cement and 10 kg of NS LATEX, and water is added until a pastelike consistency is reached. After application with a spreading tool, the mixture is left to dry. After 24 hours, the surface can be walked on. The final curing of the concrete is completed in 28 days.
