Liquid crystalline concrete additive
It is a liquid crystalline concrete additive that fills the capillary spaces and pores
used in concrete and cement.
General Characteristics
Ready to use, easy to apply, does not contain chlorides, does not
harm the concrete, increases the water impermeability of mortar and
concrete, does not affect strength or setting time, economical, blocks
capillary cracks and pores, does not prevent concrete from breathing
or corroding, increases resistance to chemicals, and is resistant to high
hydrostatic water pressure from both negative and positive sides.

It is suitable for use in applications such as tunnels, subways, and culverts, reinforced and unreinforced concrete, concrete, plaster, repair mortars, plaster mortars, joint fillings, insulation screeds, water reservoirs and swimming pools, manholes and culverts, as well as in closed and open areas such as basements, foundations, and retaining walls.
Consumption: For industrial mortars and plasters: 1% For concrete: 2% of the cement ratio Packaging: 30 kg Bag, Canister Storage: In closed warehouses, protected from direct sunlight, at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C, in unopened, original packaging for 12 months.
During application and mixing, contact with skin and eyes should be avoided. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If the material comes into contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical assistance. During use, gloves, protective clothing, mask, and goggles should be worn.
In industrial mortars, a mixture can be made at a ratio of 1-2 kg per 100 kg of dry mortar. The mixture is first added to clean application water and then incorporated into the mortar. For applications in concrete, depending on the concrete grade, it should be added to the mixer at a ratio of 6-12 kg/m³ for each m³ of concrete, and mixed for 5 minutes. During and after the application, it is important to ensure the ambient temperature is between +5°C and +35°C and to protect from rain for 24 hours. The given values are based on laboratory data and may vary in field conditions.
