Acrylic (polymer) based, water-absorbing, water-swelling tape.
NANOBOT 400/600 is a high-performance acrylic polymer-based water-absorbing tape that
does not contain bentonite. Upon contact with water, it
swells and fills all cracks, pores, and capillary spaces in concrete. It makes concrete
joints waterproof.
General Characteristics
Practical to apply. Easy to apply even in excess reinforcement. Joints
are brought together and pushed to join. It is in roll form that a person
can easily apply. Since it swells at an ideal speed in a controlled manner,
it does not swell suddenly in fresh concrete pouring. Swells in salt water.

It is used as water retaining tape in foundation and curtain concrete joints, Joints of old and new concrete, Cold joints, Water tanks, water treatment plants, manholes, retaining walls. It is used as a water retaining flange in PVC pipe inlets and outlets at the joints of steel profiles and pipes with concrete.
20 Meter / 10 Meter Roll Should be stored in its original unopened packaging, in a cool and dry environment, protected from frost. Suitable storage temperature should be between +5°C and +25°C. Shelf life is 12 months from date of manufacture under appropriate storage conditions.
During application and mixing, the material should be prevented from contact with the skin and eyes, and it should be washed with plenty of water and in case of contact. In case of contact with eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Gloves, protective clothing / masks / goggles should be used during use.
The surface should be dry and clean. Application should not be made on wet, icy, oily, muddy, or dusty surfaces, or in rainy weather. The minimum concrete thickness should be 12 cm. Unroll the required length of NANOBOT from the roll. Stick the exposed surface of NANOBOT onto the concrete. For vertical and upside-down applications, press for at least 15 seconds to ensure good adhesion. Use polyurethane mounting sealant where necessary. Join the ends with a 10 cm overlap, do not stack them. On uneven surfaces, ensure the tape makes contact with every point of the surface. Peel off the silicone paper and pour the concrete in a controlled manner.
