12Kg Component A, 6Kg Component B should be stored in its unopened original packaging in a cool, dry environment, protected from freezing. The suitable storage temperature should be between +5°C and +25°C. The shelf life is 12 months from the production date under proper storage conditions.
During application and mixing, contact of the material with skin and eyes should be prevented. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If it contacts the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical assistance. During use, gloves, protective clothing, mask, and goggles should be worn.
Surface Preparation: The concrete surfaces to be applied must be dry, clean, and dust-free. Damaged and loose concrete pieces must be removed from the surface. The surface must have a minimum compressive strength of 25 N/mm² and a minimum pull-off adhesion strength of 1.5 N/mm², according to test results. New concrete must be at least 28 days old depending on the season. Large cracks and defects must be repaired in advance. The cement skin and smooth screed on the concrete surface must be cleaned and roughened with tools such as sandblasting, notching machine, diamond drum grinding machine, or power grinding, and the surface must be wiped clean. The entire surface must be free from dust. Mixing: NANOPUR WET 2C is supplied in ready-to-use sets according to the mixing ratio. It is a two-component product, and it should be prepared in the specified mixing ratio in the amount to be consumed, taking into account the pot life. The product temperature should not be less than 15°C to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Component A should be quickly mixed with a mechanical mixer, and the hardener (Component B) should be added, paying attention to the mixing ratio. Components A and B should be mixed for at least 1-2 minutes with a mixer operating at about 300 revolutions per minute, using an appropriate mixing tip, ensuring that no unmixed material remains on the edges and bottom of the packaging, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and ready for use. Application: The prepared mixture should be applied with a roller or airless spray, ensuring that the surface is saturated and the pores are sealed. The minimum time for re-coating is 4 hours (at 20°C) and the maximum is 24 hours. If the re-coating time exceeds 24 hours, the primer surface must be sanded before applying the next coat. It is crucial to apply the second coat within the specified re-coating time. Full mechanical and chemical resistance is achieved after approximately 7 days. Application Conditions: The relative humidity of the air should not exceed 90%, and the application temperature (ambient and surface) should be between +5°C and +30°C. In outdoor areas, weather conditions should be checked so that it is not rainy 24 hours before starting the application, during the application, and 24 hours after the application.
