Nano Primer WET-SB

Nano Primer WET-SB

Two-component, water-based epoxy primer. It is a two-component, chemically cured, moisture-tolerant, water-based epoxy primer material.

General Characteristics
It does not contain solvents. It has low viscosity and is easy to apply. It prevents dusting on the surface it is applied to. It is resistant to cold grease and mechanical oils used in repair and maintenance work. It penetrates the capillary pores in concrete structures and blocks them. Due to its surface tolerance, it can be applied to damp surfaces. It provides excellent penetration and adhesion to cement-based surfaces. It is used as a primer and binder in concrete repairs, impregnating concrete surfaces to protect them from wear, dusting, and chemical attacks beneath all types of epoxy and polyurethane-based coatings.

Used as a concrete waterproofing layer. Acts as an adhesion layer between old and new concrete. It is odorless. Suitable for use in enclosed spaces and water reservoirs.

Packaing & Storage

Approximate coverage: 250-300 g/m² Total Net: 20 kg (A: 15 kg / B: 5 kg) Store in a dry, enclosed space away from direct sunlight, at temperatures between 15-25°C, in unopened original packaging; shelf life is 1 year.

Safety Recommendations

Avoid contact of the mixture or components with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Protective gloves, clothing, and goggles should be worn, and the product should be kept out of reach of children.

Application Method

Surfaces to be treated must be free from oil, rust, dust, and similar contaminants. There should be no loose layers on the surface. Glossy surfaces must be roughened by shot blasting, sanding, or freezing. The prepared surface should be primed with Epoxy Moisture Barrier NANO PRIMER WET SB using a brush or roller. Any cracks or holes on the surface should be repaired using epoxy putty. After priming, epoxy, polyurethane and/or polyurea applications can be carried out on the surface.
