It is a cement-based, single-component, ready-to-use plaster designed for plastering
aerated concrete surfaces.
General Characteristics
It provides a smooth surface. It saves time and labor. Due to its high
adhesion to the surface, it results in less material loss and enables faster
application compared to traditional plaster. It ensures high adhesion and
stability, and does not sag. It allows for easy and fast application both
by machine and manually. As a factory-made mortar, it offers consistent
quality compared to traditional plaster. It is more durable under outdoor
conditions compared to traditional plaster and has high water repellency.

• For plastering aerated concrete, Ytong surfaces, • As a fine plaster over rough plaster, • As plaster on concrete surfaces (ceilings, walls, and columns).
It should be stored in its unopened original packaging, in a cool and dry environment, protected from frost. The recommended storage temperature is between +5°C and +25°C. The shelf life is 12 months from the production date under proper storage conditions.
During application and mixing, contact with skin and eyes should be avoided. In case of contact, wash immediately with plenty of water. In case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Gloves, protective clothing, a mask, and safety glasses should be worn during use.
Care should be taken that the application surface has fully cured. The application surface must be cleaned of substances that prevent adhesion, such as dust, oil, paint, curing agents, lime, detergents, form oils, and silicones. For repairing cracks and holes on the surface, the XPY 400 SV Repair Mortar should be used in thick or thin layers depending on the depth. The application surface should be moistened. Before applying to raw concrete surfaces, the surface must be primed with AKR Raw Concrete Primer. For 25 kg of Fine Plaster, approximately 4.5 – 5.5 liters of clean water should be added and mixed with a lowspeed mixer or trowel until there are no lumps. The prepared mortar should be allowed to mature for 5 – 10 minutes and then re-mixed before use. The mixture in the container should be used within 2 – 3 hours. The material should be applied either with a spraying machine or manually, evenly spreading it over the entire surface to achieve uniform thickness. After application, the surface should be leveled with a straight edge. The fine plaster application should not exceed 6 mm in thickness. Once the plaster starts to set, it should be smoothed and leveled with a trowel without delay. Plaster mesh should be used at joints of different materials, such as concrete and brick, and at corners of windows and doors to prevent cracking. After application, if the air temperature is high, the plaster surface should be moistened until it has fully set. For satin or decorative coatings, a minimum waiting period of 10 days is required, depending on weather conditions and application thickness.
