A mineral coating plaster with normal or fine grain texture and normal or thick line
texture for thermal insulation boards.
It is a cement-based, polymer-reinforced, breathable mineral coating plaster designed to
create decorative surfaces on thermal insulation plasters.
General Characteristics
Complies with ETAG 004, Has breathability due to its vapor permeability,
Resistant to harsh climatic conditions due to its superior performance,
Creates a natural and decorative texture on the surface with its special
filler size.

It is used as the final coating material on the plaster in the thermal insulation system, serving as a decorative facade coating on finely plastered and smoothly rough plastered surfaces.
It should be stored in its unopened original packaging, in a cool and dry environment, protected from frost. The recommended storage temperature is between +5°C and +25°C. The shelf life is 12 months from the production date under proper storage conditions.
During application and mixing, contact with skin and eyes should be avoided. In case of contact, wash immediately with plenty of water. If it comes into contact with the eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Gloves, protective clothing, a mask, and safety glasses should be worn during use.
The surfaces to be applied must be thoroughly cleaned of dust, dirt, and oil that may reduce adhesion, and the surface should be dry, clean, and solid. Prior to application, the surface must be moistened, and in very hot and windy conditions, it should be saturated with water. Waterproofing measures should be in place on the structure before application. On average, 4.50 – 5.25 liters of clean water should be added to a 25kg bag of DFS FIX NT/IT - CN/CK. It should be mixed gradually with a low-speed mixer or trowel until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. No substances not specified in the application instructions should be added to the mixture. The prepared mortar should rest for 3 – 5 minutes to mature. It should be mixed again for 1 – 2 minutes before starting the application. DFS FIX 1500-2000-3000 should be applied to the surface with a steel trowel in a filling size, and textured by making circular motions with a plastic trowel. It should be applied in a single layer to interconnected surfaces. The surface should be cured before applying to new mineral surfaces. It should not be left as a final coating material. It must be painted with silicone-based exterior paint after drying. The ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +35°C, and application should be avoided in highly humid or excessively hot weather, as well as under direct sunlight. It should not be applied to frozen surfaces, surfaces that are melting, or those that are at risk of freezing within 24 hours. The prepared mortar should be used within 3 hours. The product must be used within its shelf life. Mortar that has exceeded the usage time or has formed a crust in the container should not be used. Insulation boards should be placed tightly together, and the gaps between the boards should be minimized as much as possible to prevent heat transfer.
